Gulzar's
new story collection "Bosky ka Panchtantra" is a set of 5 different
books comprising of stories from Panchtantra. The stories are from Panchtantra
but the words are of Gulzar. These stories were not written but told.
Narrated to his daughter Bosky, when she was a kid. The set contains 5
famous stories.
1. Ek Chooran Sampooran
2. Jhooth Ke Jal Gaye Dono Paanv
3. Gadha, Uff, Bada Hi Gadha Hai
4. Haath Lagi Halwe Ki Haandi
5. Tukde Tukde Jod Ke
If you
are already a fan of Gulzar's work for the kids (like me) "Jungle
Jungle Baat Chali Hai", "A-aa-ee-ee Master Ji Ki aa gayi chitthi",
these stories are for you no matter you are 8 or 80. The set is published
by Radhakrishna Prakashan, New Delhi.
The stories
eventhough heard and read many times before, has a feel of freshness,
supported by nice illustrations (although the illustration printing quality
is not as good). Get the set for your kids (you can also enjoy the stuff).
