RJGK or "Rmim"-Jhim Geeton Ki is a regular quiz series on RMIM. Here's an excerpt from the first RJGK which describes it: 

Here's how the quiz goes: You don't need  to  name  a singer,  actor,  lyricist, MD etc.  All you have to do is to IDENTIFY the song. The clues given below are lines  occuring somewhere in the song (not necessarily the opening stanza or the opening line of any other stanza) and some  hints  about the song.

I simply couldn't find anything better for the opening. Gulzar at his romantic best. A Lata Solo but always gives a feeling of a duet as the two lively characters are always visible in the song.  Name the film and the Song.

The aim of this section is to guess the SONG and the name of the movie which is described in the clue. One point each is for the guessing the song right and for the movie. 

The clues may include the one or more of the following information

2. The P-Stats (Music director, Lyricist, Singer(s)) of the song. 
3. The Cast of the film and the artistes on whom the song is picturized. 
4. The story of the film or the dialouge associated with the song. 
5. Some Trivia related to the song and/or the film and its stars. 
6. Some hint regarding the identity of the song/film in the form of a rough english translation.

The hero (Winner of 3 National Awards for acting) and the heroine are villagers. They are fascinated with the Bollywood colours. They want to become the Stars. Once during the advertising campeign of a movie in their village (with an announcer in a 'bell-gadi' and real loud speakers), this song is played on a record player in the Bell Gadi and our hero and heroine dance on this. A movie about the stars. Name the film and the Song.

Gulzar is always known for his poetry and his work behind the camera. But in this film, Gulzar appeared on the silver screen in one of the song. The song (obviously penned by Gulzar) was sung by Bhupendra and picturised on Dinesh Thakur. Another version of the song is sung by Yesudaas. Name the film and the Song.

An all male duet. Our hero sings this ashiqana duet in a party with his friend (A character artist known for lakhnavi style). A song for the beloveds from their 'innocent' lovers. Name the film and the Song.

This Gulzar song was picturised on a kid (He was the hero but paid nothing for this superhit project). This song gives introduction of  the Yahoo kid and his many junglee friends on the screen.  The song became Craze of the nation. Sung by Amol, Hiya, Gautam and Many. Name the project and the Song. 

Here are the rules: 

1. The main clues consist of English rhymes that are free translations (the "free" is important here!) of the "mukhdaa" of the song or of prominent portion of the song . These are not meant as definitive translations, but only as pointers: the attempt is to give the general feel of the song while using as many directly translated words as I can. 
2. Sometimes, though, these rhymes contain other allusions too : to the movie, the lyricist, the raga, the MD : just about anything! 
3. Extra clues (about the film or the lyricist or the music director or the stars) are given in the comments that follow the rhyme.

Gulzar has experimented with the Moon many times in his songs. Every time he has given a new scope to the moon in his poetry. Yashwant Vyas in the preface of one of the Gulzar poetry collection(???) has written about the Chaand-prem of Gulzar : 
Jahan tak bimbon-prateekon ka prashn hai, 'Chaand' ke bagair wahan kaam nahin chalta. Gulzar ne ek dafe mujhse kaha tha ki Asha ji sneh mein aakar taana deti hain- Tumhara koi geet chaand ke bagair poora hi nahi hota. Chaand se ye kareebi, Gulzar ki itni gehri hai ki unke ek sangrah ka naam 'Ek Boond Chaand' aur doosre ka 'Chaand Pukhraaj Ka' hai. Chaand ke saath prayogon ka lamba silsila hai - Chaand si misri, Chaand Katora, Geela sa Chaand, Chaand ka rath.

A remake of a tamil hit. A very good movie but the Hindi version(early 80's) was a big flop. The lyrics were not by Gulzar. His role was limited to Hindi Dialouges for the film but that was the best part of the film. A 'Vidrohi' kinda movie with strong dialouges and very true portrail of the problem of unemployment. But it had a very short life at the box office.  Name the film.

Do you remember Sudha, Mahendra and Maaya? .This Pati-Patni-Woh triangle is like a beautiful poem of Gulzar. The film is still remembered for its lively characters, beautiful dialouges, good direction and above all, its terrefic music.  Name the film..

Gulzar's ambitious project, to recreate the magic of his guru, Bimal Roy, unfortunately never got completed. Hema Malini was casted as 'Chandramukhi' in this dream project of Gulzar.  Name the film.
